This guide will show you how to register your channel.
Registering your Channel
In order to register your channel period, you have to be identified to services, which is covered in IRC-Nicknames.
If you are identified to services, then you need to go to the channel that you want to own (It has to be an unregistered channel) then use this command,
/MSG ChanServ REGISTER #CHANNEL_NAME
PASS being the CHANNEL password, and DESCRIPTION being the channel description.
An example of this command being used would be,
/MSG ChanServ REGISTER #Sindacious
Once you have registered this channel, ChanServ will enter the channel, and you will have total control of your channel.
